I’ll include activities that will enhance your visit - then - present them to you first via email (gives you chance to digest the information). We’ll then make arrangements to talk.

So, we’ve spent a few days gathering details, and discussing options, now - I will finalize your destination and trip after you share any latter thoughts, questions about currency, contact numbers to have available while on travel, and and other details bfore we finalize your booking. At this point, you will narrow down your choice to one; we’ll discuss payments, insurance, credit card authorization, and generally ensure you are all set!
